This initiative overlaps with 1st quarter barometer, therefore we collated data from participants in the HR Barometer (who provided data on compensation and benefits practices) and PayWell Spotlight participants (who provided data on both salaries and compensation and benefits practices).
About the Compensation & Benefits Practices Analysis
The Compensation & Benefits analysis was conducted by PwC in March 2023, based on information provided by 144 participating companies.
The main objective of this analysis was to provide up-to-date information on HR practices focusing on the following areas:
• Salary budget evolution during the first quarter of the year
• Compensation and benefits practices relevant in the current context
• Outlook for 2023
