The HR Barometer survey was conducted by PwC between 5-9 December 2022 based on information provided by 109 participating companies.
▪ The main objective of this survey was to provide up to date information on HR practices focusing on the following areas
• Salary Budget Evolution, impact of inflation and of the increase of the national level minimum salary
• Legislative fiscal changes
• Outlooks for 2023
